Most residents are American, Dutch, and European students, interns, and young professionals staying between three and nine months. It's a mix of study-abroad energy and full-timer calm. Everyone is in the same situation: new, curious, and up for plans.

The house group chat, shared kitchen, and pool do most of the work. Within a week almost everyone has a beach crew, a workout buddy, and a Friday night group. If you're shy, the team introduces you around; nobody sits alone by accident.

Casa 7 leans social and poolside. Casa 2 leans calmer and more independent, with a private-bathroom setup that still feeds into shared kitchens. Both share the same community events and WhatsApp groups.

Every week there is usually a house dinner, a group beach day, a happy-hour outing, and something optional like a hike, boat trip, or salsa night. Nothing is mandatory, everything has a group going.
