How booking works
Booking a room takes about a week from first message to signed agreement. Everything happens over WhatsApp and email with our English-speaking team.
- 1. Reach out
Tell us your dates, budget, and which house feels right. We reply within the hour on WhatsApp.
- 2. Confirm room choice
We confirm availability and lock in the room that fits your dates and budget.
- 3. Reservation
Once you're sure, we send a short agreement and hold your room with a deposit.
- 4. Details sent
All the details you need are sent before your arrival, including check-in instructions, house info, and everything required for a smooth start.
What happens after you book
You get added to the house group chat right away, so you meet the crew before you even land. We send a short packing list, an arrival form where you can add our optional airport pickup service, and a countdown to landing.
Arrival process
You send us your flight details so we know when to expect you. If you book our airport pickup add-on, we track your flight and are waiting in arrivals when you clear customs. Otherwise taxis and rental desks sit right outside the terminal, and we tell you exactly what a fair fare looks like.
Moving in process
However you get to the house, someone is there to meet you. A short tour of the room, the kitchen, and the pool. Keys, Wi-Fi, and the local SIM tips, all in the first hour.
First week overview
Someone from the team checks in every day of your first week. We help you get groceries, show you the good beaches, and introduce you to everyone in the house. You're never doing this alone.
